For solo agents and team leaders, the cap is $12,000, after which they keep 100% of their commission for the rest of the year. Team members have a lower cap of $6,000.

Initial Split
85% of the commission goes to the agent and 15% goes to the brokerage.
Annual Cap
Once the agent’s 15% share reaches a specific amount, the split changes.

Once the cap is reached, the agent keeps 100% of their commission for the remainder of the anniversary year.
Additional fees
Compliance and Broker Review fee: $40 per transaction.
Transaction fee: $285 per transaction, but this fee is only charged after the agent has reached their annual cap.
Annual brokerage fee: $750, which is deducted from the first three transactions at a rate of $250 per transaction.
Other associated fees
Sign-up fee: New agents pay a one-time sign-up fee of $249.
No monthly fees: Real Brokerage does not charge monthly desk or franchise fees, which makes it attractive for agents who are starting out or have lower transaction volumes.
Team structure
Team Splits
Team members pay a minimum of 10% of their commission to their team leader, per transaction.
Split Calculation
The team leader and team member pay their respective splits to Real based on their portion of the gross commission income (GCI).
For example, with a 10% team split on a $10,000 GCI, the team member pays Real based on $9,000 and the team leader pays based on $1,000.
In addition to the commission structure, agents can build wealth through other programs
Stock incentive program
Agents can earn company stock through production and other milestones, such as their first closing, capping, and achieving Elite Agent status.
Discount stock purchase
Agents can also elect to convert a percentage of their commission into company stock at a 20% discount.
